Egos and bodies - Aphantaly 1998

Two friends of mine, Guillaume and Elodie opened Aphantaly in 1998, a gallery in the village of La Tour-d'Aigues located in the Luberon (France).

At the time I was still working mainly in installation and in-situe, the gallery was set in an old village house on three floors each about 20sqm. It was ideal to set up a small but interactive exhibition. I prepared a series of drawings, each with a different installation proposition for each of the rooms.  My theme work was about the Ego and the space one took as an individual, all my pieces were my size (1m68), and reflected my own interaction with the surrounding space.
